A solar power plant is an asset meant to last 25 years. Its lifespan and safety depend entirely on the quality of the installation. Discover the strict engineering checklist we follow to guarantee flawless execution.
In a highly competitive market, many local installers reduce their quotes by using substandard wires, thinner iron structures, or skipping crucial earthing pits. This leads to roof leaks, rapid rusting, and severe electrical fire hazards.
At Nature Power Solar, we follow a strict, unalterable protocol based entirely on MNRE (Ministry of New and Renewable Energy) guidelines. Every nut, bolt, and wire is audited by our senior engineers before the plant is commissioned. We build systems to survive decades of harsh Telangana summers and heavy monsoons.
The foundation of your solar plant must be robust enough to withstand extreme weather without damaging your home.
Our Standard: We cast M20 grade concrete blocks over the existing roof slab to anchor the structure legs. We never drill directly into your roof slab, ensuring zero risk of water seepage or leakage.
Our Standard: The mounting structure acts like a sail in the wind. We use heavy-duty Hot-Dip Galvanized Iron (HDGI) with a minimum zinc coating of 80-100 microns to prevent rust for 25 years. We reject cheap powder-coated mild steel.
Our Standard: Connecting an aluminum panel to an iron structure causes "galvanic corrosion" if wrong bolts are used. We strictly use SS-304 (Stainless Steel) nuts, bolts, and spring washers for lifetime durability.
Our Standard: We leave mandatory gaps between panel rows to allow wind pressure to escape, certifying the structure to withstand wind speeds of 150 km/h to 170 km/h.
Poor wiring is the #1 cause of generation loss and solar fires. We treat electrical routing with military precision.
The Rule: Solar panels generate high-voltage DC current. Twisting wires and using electrical tape is highly dangerous. We exclusively use waterproof, click-lock MC4 connectors for every single panel joint.
The Rule: Standard AC house wires melt under constant solar DC loads. We use 4 sq.mm or 6 sq.mm UV-protected, XLPO insulated Tinned Copper solar cables that do not degrade under direct sunlight.
The Rule: No wire is ever left hanging or exposed on the roof. All cables are routed through heavy-duty UPVC conduits to protect them from weather, water, and rodent attacks.
Protecting your solar inverter, your home appliances, and the grid linemen.
We install three completely separate, maintenance-free chemical earthing pits with copper-bonded rods:
Roofs with solar panels can attract lightning strikes. We install a copper Lightning Arrester mounted on a GI pole at the absolute highest point of your roof, safely directing lightning strikes directly into the dedicated ground pit.
Between the panels and the inverter, and the inverter and your house, we install robust Distribution Boards containing:
The final step is our rigorous testing protocol. We test the inverter's Anti-Islanding feature (ensuring it shuts off during grid failures so it doesn't electrocute linemen fixing the wires). We then configure your Wi-Fi Data Logger, sync it to your smartphone, and arrange for the local DISCOM officials to inspect and install the bi-directional Net Meter.
Only after this entire checklist is ticked off by our Lead Engineer do we consider the project complete and sign off on your 25-Year warranty card.
